Living with adrenal insufficiency means managing each day between doses of hydrocortisone. Fatigue, dizziness, low blood pressure, and constant worry about a crisis were part of my routine for years. At the same time, there were small moments of stability and lessons that helped me keep going. This diary records those days—what worked, what didn’t, and the small adjustments that made a difference. From learning to listen to my body to adjusting medication, and understanding the roles of rest, food, and support, these notes come from trial and error rather than any textbook.
